Reservation Agent

  • Oversee reservations, trip inquiries, concierge contact, customer accounts/sales leads/client follow up. Good customer interaction, sales presence and regional knowledge are essential.
  • Excellent communication, organization and computer skills are required.  Including database building, e-collateral/email blasts, web placement monitoring, social media management.
  • Reservation specialists will also need to possess managerial skills necessary to oversee trip customer needs and guide assignment.
  • Full-time, a minimum of 40 hours “in-house” training plus an additional 10 hours will also be required for “product location and familiarization.”
  • Seasonal Employment, April 1th – October 1st, with potential for overtime and year around employment dependent on background in fishing.
